UK Citizens Missing Out On Spanish Property Bargains

The Spanish property experts Spanish Hot Properties believes that UK citizens are missing out on fantastic opportunities whilst other nationalities such as the Scandinavian Countries and the Benelux countries are snapping up the incredible offers that are currently available in the Spanish Property Market. Spanish Hot Properties have seen a 1000 increase in enquires since February with a lot of interest from UK Citizens but in reality it is only the UK investor groups that have the funds available who are actually buying at any great level. Spanish Hot Properties Managing Director Nick Stuart believes the Euro is still the major obstacle that is UK people buying Weve seen a lot of interest but there are even more Irish people buying than British people at the present time and the real sales are being bought by other European Citizens some who have the Euro and some who dont but with bargains such as a 1.2m Villa in Marbella going for 650000 a 20m luxury Villa on the beach of the Golden mile available at 12m a detached house in the middle of Barcelona going for 280000 frontline beach properties in Murcia for under 200000 and 2 bedroom apartments in Calahonda for under 140000 its not difficult to see why buyers are seeing the opportunities and agreeing with us that 2009 is very much the time to buy in Spain. The exception to this is the UK citizens who are moving over here to live full time who have just had enough of the UK said Nick

So it will be interesting to see how many UK citizens start to take advantage of the Spanish Property bargains and how many still decide to sit and wait. Only time will tell who was right and who was wrong

Anyone wishing to find out more Spanish property bargains should contact Spanish hot properties by phone or email as soon as possible.

UK Inflation Update From Business Consultancy One Stop Shop By Dr. Mark Yates

As a business consultant people are always asking for a UK Inflation Update. This is a fact supported by this topic featuring in the top 10 searches on AOL on March 25th 2009. People are concerned and rightly so given we are in the middle of a seismic economic downturn.

Dr. Mark D. Yates from www.businessconsultancyonestopshop.com suggest that two of the most frequently asked questions are;
1. Whether inflation is set to rise.
2. Whether we are about to slip into deflation.

These two questions will no doubt be fuelled by the Governor of the Bank of England Mervyn Kings comments today in which he warned that the failing state of British public finances ruled out a giveaway budget next month to turbo charge the economy. Which was not the confidence inspiring UK Inflation update we were anticipating.

Dr. Mark D. Yates adds the Conservatives are claiming the bank has supported their viewpoint that the UK cannot spend its way out of the current recession. King further warned MPs that the chancellor should exert extreme caution regarding any tax and spending measures which will ultimately lead to higher borrowings.

On a different business front i.e. that of retail further bankruptcies are expected in the next few weeks as retailers face paying their quarterly rent bills. I know that every financial and business consultant related to www.businessconsultancyonestopshop.com will be monitoring this issue.

So as a UK Inflation Update Dr. Mark D. Yates business consultant from www.businessconsultancyonestopshop.com further suggests that the spectre of deflation is not going away; its most likely lying in temporary suspension as the City called it wrong today after predicting a fall in the retail prices index RPI of 0.8. In reality RPI was at zero which is at its lowest in 49 years i.e. March 1960. Hows this for a UK Inflation update some financial experts are predicting a move into negative territory in April 2009.

Entrepreneurial Women Increasing Daily

Today more than ever Women are looking for ways to earn an income from home thus combining childcare and independancy.

Women have emerged as an entrepreneurial forceto be taken very seriously. The majority are looking at starting their own businesses from home giving them the freedom to do what they want when they want not having to adhere to a set schdule being the major factor.

This Trend is not new. New mums expectant mums and women in general can generate more in earnings per month from home based business ventures than they could ever possibly make with part time employed positions per year. By combining the two they can also save a considerable amount in childcare fees.

In addition they canwork from home spending an average of 15 hours a week on these money making activities and save valuable time not having to commute to their place of work.

And this is just the tip of the iceberg most women expectant or otherwise when asked the question say they are actively considering retraining or using existing skills to earn money from home. Some saying they would consider returning to their previous job if they could work remotely from a home office.

It is interesting to see how many women are looking to start their own businesses from home and also the level of contribution that they are currently making to family incomes through home working activities. Some even earning more than their partners working average 9 to 5 jobs.

By undertaking this activity these entrepreneurial women are making a significant contribution to both the economy and their familys financial well being.

It would be encouraged forfamilies to ensure they have the necessary insurance policies in place to protect themselves. Whilst many companies will provide life insurance or death in service benefits for their employees entrepreneurs are reliant on providing these themselves and as women who are contributing to the family income become increasingly more popular so ensuring that the right protection plans are in place to safeguard this income becomes ever more important.
